Sunken are a London-based band that have mastered their own blend of dreamy shoegaze. Think The Orielles, with a few more guitar pedals and tad more melancholia. Their new single 'Visions of You' has that crunchy, distorted production, with a crisp packet snare drum and jangly guitar plucks that'll take you back to the 90s. The chorus is filled with a buzzing, bee-like noise, washed over with a wave of distortion that brings you back into the sparser verse. The band explain: “Visions Of You’ is a reflection of a past relationship with someone who caused more damage than good. It is really just looking back through hindsight and noticing this persons actions and words in a new light which gives a new perspective on them”. -Ellie Rose-Davies
